Free First AID & CPR Training

CPR stands for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
It is a form of first aid that helps give the person experiencing a breathing related medical emergency the best chance of survival until medical help arrive on the scene.
CPR can help restore breathing and blood flow, aiding in the person’s recovery. It significantly reduces the risk of a person suffering damage to their heart, brain, and other vital organs. Administering CPR can keep the body oxygenated until professional medical help arrives.
On this note The Management Committee of Beechwood Recreation Centre in conjuction with the experts is bringing to you the first of it’s kind in Beechwood free first aid & CPR training, an opportunity to learn from the experts on how to save a life.
